Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Coach Benji website and the coaching services offered through it. The services are provided by Lumavex Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17225895, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a service you agree to these Terms.

The services

We offer online padel coaching in three forms:

• Video Analysis (€29, one-off) — you send up to 10 minutes of footage from a real match or training session; we return a recorded analysis with voice-over, delivered within 48 hours.
• Performance Session (€99, one-off) — you send up to 10 minutes of footage; we hold a 30-minute coaching call over Google Meet reviewing it together, answer your questions live, and provide a personal improvement plan. The call is booked within 48 hours.
• Top Tier Coaching (€499/month) — four personal video analyses (one per week), four Google Meet coaching calls (30–45 minutes each), a weekly-updated training plan, match strategy, and unlimited WhatsApp support. Limited to 20 players. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid month.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Your card statement will show LUMAVEX LTD, not Coach Benji.

Delivery

Delivery timings run from when you send usable footage. If footage is missing or unclear, we will ask you for a replacement and the 48-hour timing starts again from receipt.

Your footage and our analysis

You confirm you have the right to share any footage you send us and the right for anyone shown in it to be reviewed for coaching purposes. The analysis we provide is for your own personal use and may not be resold or published without our written permission.

Cancellation and refunds

Your 48-hour turnaround begins the moment you pay, so completing your purchase is a request for Benji to start straight away. If you're in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to change your mind, and that right ends once your analysis is complete. Change your mind while he's partway through and you're charged only for the work already done.

Your statutory rights and our refund approach are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Liability

We provide coaching in good faith and to a professional standard, but we cannot guarantee specific results — improvement depends on your own training. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
