What we collect

• Order & payment details — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and basic order information; we never see or store your full card number.
• Footage you send — the match or training video you share for analysis, and any messages that come with it.
• Contact & messages — what you send us over WhatsApp or during a call.
• Anonymous usage data — we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Why we use it

To deliver your coaching, to take payment, to answer your questions, and to keep the website working well. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google (Meet) — video calls for Performance Session and Top Tier.
• WhatsApp / Meta — messaging.
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous analytics.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your footage and analysis only as long as needed to deliver and support your coaching, then delete it on request or in the normal course. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop certain processing. To exercise any of these, or to have your footage deleted, message us on WhatsApp. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
